As a senior regulatory expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with the latest regulatory standards. You will be responsible for ongoing analysis of regulatory changes and providing guidance to stakeholders as a subject matter authority.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a robust framework for overseeing outsourced activities;
  • Analyze regulatory updates related to outsourcing and ensure our framework remains current;
  • Monitor outsourced activities through risk assessments and due diligence;
  • Manage the Outsourcing Register and track service level agreements;
  • Assist with regulatory submissions and conduct gap analysis for projects;

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to foster effective working relationships and provide reports to leadership as required. The ideal candidate will possess strong regulatory expertise, excellent communication skills, and a logical approach with analytical ability.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated regulatory knowledge;
  • Alignment with industry best practices;
  • High integrity and professionalism;
  • Clear and concise communication skills;
  • Able to develop strong working relationships across multiple teams;
  • Negotiation skills and influence; positivity and proactivity;
  • University degree or relevant professional qualification;
  • At least 4 years of experience in overseeing outsourced activities within a financial services environment;
  • Awareness of commercial expectations balanced with industry best practice;
