Job Title: Process Enhancement Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Process Enhancement Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvement and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancement
- Analyze and evaluate business processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging expertise in Visio and other relevant tools
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive change and adoption
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in insurance, preferably with experience in Casualty or Financial Lines
- Knowledge of Visio and proficiency in Excel and Advanced Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A BA/BS degree, preferably in a related field
