Job Title: Process Optimization Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and take on the challenge of optimising highly automated production lines within a regulated environment.

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement and enhancing the overall efficiency of our processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing and correcting line detractors through data-driven approaches
  • Organising and controlling planned maintenance and calibration activities
  • Identifying and sourcing appropriate spare parts for critical machinery
  • Supporting site strategy and capacity expansion projects
  • Providing technical training to operations and maintenance personnel
  • Role-modelling good safety and quality behaviours

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience. A Master's degree or equivalent may be advantageous.
