**Job Title:** Operations Process Specialist
As a highly skilled and motivated individual, you will play a key role in driving process change, optimization, and automation within Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of operational excellence across lending and financial services products.
**Job Description:
- Partner with the Head of Operations to create and deliver a change and process roadmap aligned with business strategy and regulatory standards.
- Lead transformation of systems and processes across financial services products (loans, leasing, retail, wholesale).
- Deliver operational efficiency and productivity improvements that enhance service delivery and reduce risk.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee user acceptance testing for all system changes impacting Operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and customer impact assessment.
- Act as subject matter expert for Operations in financial services projects, providing deep process and controls knowledge.
- Implement process improvements with measurable benefits in customer experience, cost reduction, and compliance.
**Requirements:**
- Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Qualification in Business Analysis, Change Management, or Project Management is preferred.
- Strong background in operational change management within financial services.
- Experience working on large-scale transformation, systems change, or regulatory-driven initiatives.
