Senior SAP Business Analyst Role Overview

This role is responsible for bridging the gap between IT and business, utilizing process knowledge and data to assess processes, determine requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document business requirements through workshops and interviews with stakeholders, capturing needs and expectations.
  • Develop business requirements for reporting, leveraging knowledge of ERP data and data lake concepts.
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to improve documentation and answer questions about requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5 years' experience as an SAP business analyst with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • 3 years of experience collaborating with development teams, internal or external; global support experience.
Desirable Skills:
  • Diverse experience in multiple functional areas.
  • Strong knowledge of data, SAP data tables, and data lake concepts.
  • Ability to conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both business users and developers.
