
Strategic Business Process Improvement Specialist

This role is responsible for bridging the gap between IT and business, utilizing process knowledge and data to assess processes, determine requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Document business requirements through workshops and interviews with stakeholders, capturing needs and expectations.
- Develop business requirements for reporting, leveraging knowledge of ERP data and data lake concepts.
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to improve documentation and answer questions about requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5 years' experience as an SAP business analyst with increasing levels of responsibility.
- 3 years of experience collaborating with development teams, internal or external; global support experience.
- Diverse experience in multiple functional areas.
- Strong knowledge of data, SAP data tables, and data lake concepts.
- Ability to conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both business users and developers.
