Operations Enhancement Specialist

As a Process Expert at our organization, you will serve as a go-to source for help and support due to your deep knowledge and expertise. You will be capable of driving continual improvement and impacting the way things get done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to defining, analyzing, and evaluating business process &/or system requirements to solve complex problems
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Promote stakeholder engagement on their assumptions of how processes can be improved
- Develop formal recommendations/solutions for review by customers
- Enhance Business Change Team Knowledge Management & Best Practices
Requirements:
- Must have several years of insurance experience with either Casualty or Financial Lines.
- Familiarity with Visio required.
- We require a candidate with a high level of insurance knowledge/experience and ability to share and utilize that knowledge to design process, system & data improvements.
- Experience in process identification, definition, and mapping is preferred.
- Strong computer and documentation skills, e.g. Excel and Advanced Word
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- BA/BS degree preferred
