We are currently hiring a Financial Assistant to join our Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in accounting and contribute to the success of our dynamic team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing creditor reconciliations and maintaining accurate records. Daily, they will post invoices onto our system and save reports for sales in required format. Additionally, they will update function calendars and collect dockets from stores for reconciliation with suppliers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A background in hotel accounts or bookkeeping is desirable.
  • Experience with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, including strong IT skills in implementing and operating accounting software.
  • Familiarity with Opera and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, with excellent attention to detail and high initiative.
