Leinster Appointments Ltd seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Support Professional to join their dynamic finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with timely and accurate preparation of weekly management accounts across multiple business units.
  • Support margin, yield, and production analysis, investigating and explaining variances.
  • Conduct detailed sales and purchase analysis.
  • Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies.
  • Contribute to data collection and analysis for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Support customer profitability and direct cost analysis.
  • Prepare financial reports providing insights into business performance.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for increased operational efficiency.
  • Build effective working relationships with departments such as sales, production, operations, and inventory.
  • Perform overhead analysis to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Support ad hoc financial projects and reporting as needed.

Requirements:

  • Recognised qualification in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills essential; experience with financial software or ERP systems an advantage.
