Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of large-scale office fit-outs. This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, quality control, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and quality control processes for fit-out projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements and specifications.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver results on time and within budget.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience in construction project management or a related field, preferably with a background in fit-out management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize objectives, and maintain a high level of organization.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field, such as a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
