We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Team Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our maintenance team within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.

This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to compliance and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maintenance technicians are clear on their responsibilities and that tasks are completed to standard; overseeing structured handovers between shifts; validating and approving technician timesheets; maintaining regular touchpoints with client maintenance leadership; conducting 1:1s with technicians; escalating promptly when predefined triggers are met; and documenting the escalation and interim controls.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, maintenance management, or a related technical discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Proven supervisory or team leadership experience, preferably in a multi-shift operation, is essential. The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of GMP standards, ALCOA+ principles, and pharmaceutical compliance requirements.

Familiarity with CMMS systems and electronic documentation platforms is desirable. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills are required to engage and develop team members.

Certifications in safety auditing, GMP compliance, or maintenance management are advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools for operational oversight and communication is necessary.
