Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Garden Centre Manager to lead our location in Limerick.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example a safety-first culture, driving the safety agenda on site.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences in store.
  • Optimise sales & continuously improve the store so that targets are met & exceeded.
  • Deliver excellent section standards consistently in line with operational requirements including merchandising & floor standards.
Requirements:
  • A relevant horticulturist qualification is essential for this role, preferably including people management experience.
  • A proven track record in retailing with strong product knowledge is a prerequisite for this role.
  • A keen understanding of our business with strong commercial awareness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
