A deep understanding of academic administration processes, including registration, examinations, and graduation, is essential.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Advising our admissions team.
  • Managing data to support planning and reporting requirements, including responsibility for all academic records and learner analytics.
  • Fostering academic quality assurance by implementing academic quality policies and processes, including regulatory compliance and programme integrity.
  • Cultivating a supportive learner-centred culture.
  • Organising timetabling.
  • Maintaining student handbooks and module guides.
Essential Attributes and Qualifications
  • A minimum of a level 8 qualification, preferably with a higher degree.
  • Experience in a quality function in higher education, with governance experience being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in learner administration systems.
  • Outstanding communication and analytical skills, as well as IT literacy.

This role calls for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and able to develop innovative solutions to improve processes. Strong organisational and meticulous skills are necessary to maintain control over the student pipeline. Effective communication skills are also required to share knowledge and experience with an international team of staff.
