Key Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative is accountable for providing support to customers of a financial services company.

This includes handling customer queries, providing information, and communicating with internal stakeholders.

The CSR will work within the company values – being brave, wise, proud, and exceeding expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide support on various activities such as:

  • Handling requests on missing payments or payment history
  • Providing information on cheques and other payment methods
  • Processing changes to instructions regarding payment tools and preferences
  • Processing changes to personal data and customer addresses
  • Handling queries relating to proof of life procedures and campaigns
  • Supporting internal processes and procedures (admin tasks)
  • Ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned based on business requirements
  • Compliance with data protection and GDPR requirements

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience of 6-12 months in a customer service environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Goal-oriented and able to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English, including good verbal communication skills
  • Superior listening skills
  • Ability to deliver information at a customer's knowledge level in an understandable manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to think independently
  • Logical problem-solving approach to resolving customer problems and enquiries
  • Excellent attention to detail
