Mep Pre-Construction Manager Job Opportunity

As a seasoned MEP pre-construction expert, you will oversee the project's initial phase to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client objectives. Your role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including design, construction, and cost management groups.

  • You will develop comprehensive project plans that meet client expectations.
  • Your expertise in MEP systems, regulatory standards, and modern construction techniques is essential for informed project decisions.

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • A Chartered Engineer status or be working towards it.
  • At least 10 years of experience in MEP design, construction, or pre-construction.
  • Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders.

Job Requirements
