**About the Role:**

The National Gallery of Ireland is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies and ensuring adherence to corporate and Public Procurement Guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies;
  • Coordinate procurement activities and ensure compliance with guidelines;
  • Provide expert guidance and advice on procurement matters;
  • Review and approve draft RFTs prior to publication and selection reports;
  • Liaise with external auditors on procurement matters;

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in procurement or related area;
  • Knowledge of Public Sector procurement guidelines and regulations;
  • Experience in developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures;
  • A good working knowledge of e-tendering platforms;
  • Detailed experience in managing full end-to-end tender processes;
  • A third-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant field;
  • Strong project management and organization skills;

Eligibility:

  • Citizenship requirements: eligible candidates must be citizens of the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, Switzerland, or non-EEA citizens with a Stamp 4 permission;

  • Salary: salary is in accordance with the Higher Executive Officer (PPC) pay scale;
  • Annual leave: entitled to 29 days pro rata;
