Store Operations Manager

About the Job:

This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of store operations and lead a team to achieve exceptional results. As Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Create memorable experiences for every customer by using local knowledge and sales expertise to deliver the ultimate brand experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team through day-to-day activities, providing clear direction and focusing on operational tasks.
  • Operations and Service: Take ownership of store appearance, ensuring it looks amazing, and exceed expectations at every opportunity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership and Management: Proven experience in leading and motivating teams, with exposure to people management activities.
  • Sales and Operations: Experienced in retail/sales and operations in store, ready to step up to a leadership role.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge, understanding the business and its objectives.
