The Opportunity
  • Apply user-centric design principles to create intuitive, efficient, and compliant digital experiences for infusion pump systems and related digital ecosystems.
  • Lead design across multiple work streams, producing UI specifications, wireframes, workflows, and low/high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Drive trade-off discussions and track success metrics for UX deliverables, building strong relationships across global teams.
  • Advocate for UX from early concept through delivery, incorporating Human Factors into design solutions.
  • Mentor peers and foster a strong UX culture.

About You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX, UI, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 5+ years of interaction/visual design experience, ideally with medical device or regulated industry projects.
  • Strong portfolio showing hardware + embedded UI design (healthcare or wellness focus desirable).
  • Proficiency with Axure and Figma (Adobe CC, InVision, Jira also valued).
  • Experience in responsive design, cross-platform development, and app frameworks.
  • Proven ability to work in Agile/SCRUM environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • Organised, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple complex projects.
