We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Claims Handler. In this role, you will be responsible for handling and resolving claims in a timely and efficient manner.
About the RoleAs a Senior Claims Handler, you will work closely with our team to ensure that all claims are handled in accordance with our company's policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with claims, and for developing and implementing strategies to improve our claims handling processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and resolve claims in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and all parties are kept informed.
- Work closely with our team to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with claims, and to develop and implement strategies to improve our claims handling processes.
- Analyze and evaluate data to inform decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- APA or CIP Qualified
- 2 years claims handling experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
