Senior Motor Damage Claims Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Claims Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a diverse team, ensuring operational and quality targets are delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Guiding and coaching new team members to increase professional and technical capability.
- Improving customer service and quality standards.
- Working closely with managers and other supervisors to effectively implement change and strategy to deliver agreed business benefits.
You will spend time in your core role, assisting in quality assurance and identifying key trends, while also ensuring all relevant aspects of regulations are strictly adhered to.
Requirements- APA or CIP Qualified
- 2 years claims handling experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
This role may be defined as a "controlled function" by regulations. Any appointment will be conditional on the company being satisfied that you meet the requirements.
