
Executive Director of Customer Success

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as the Head of Account Management, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven customer service. As a second-line leadership position, this individual will drive revenue growth across both Small Business and Mid Market accounts, ensuring customers experience the full value of our industry-leading AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology sales, with 12+ years of experience and 5+ years leading high-performing account management teams. They should also possess a proven track record of building and scaling teams across multiple segments/customer tiers, as well as strong program management experience.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, territory management, and team leadership.
- Develop and execute account management strategies that drive retention and expansion revenue.
- Build and lead high-performing account management organizations, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
