  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Advise senior clients across all sectors, supporting key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for value creation.
  3. Provide dedicated support to different types of engagements, including value creation diagnostic, validation, planning and tracking delivery.
  4. Conduct quantitative analysis on financial and operational data of clients to identify value creation opportunities supported by qualitative analysis.
  5. Develop and execute a comprehensive value creation strategy that aligns with the client's financial goals and operational needs focussing on P&L cost savings and balance sheet savings.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in cost management and operational efficiency.
  7. Lead blended project teams comprising colleagues from our practice as well as leading meetings with client stakeholders to advise, shape and drive the planning for value creation and operational restructuring.
  8. Contribute to the management of complex engagements, including commercials, resourcing and risk.
  9. Support the development and growth of our business, and actively engage with delivery of pitches and presentations to senior clients.
  10. Act as a role model and support development of team members, coupled with the recruitment and training responsibilities.

  6. Experience of delivering high-quality reports and presentations.
  7. Experience of leading large, complex, global delivery programmes.
  8. Strong team leadership skills, particularly teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, coupled with the ability to manage and develop juniors.
  9. Excellent problem-solving skills.
  10. Be familiar working in a large-scale consulting environment or industry role where you can demonstrate the ability to perform and summarise analysis into management insights and recommended actions at pace.
