Project Coordination SpecialistThe Project Coordination Specialist is responsible for successfully managing and leading projects associated with new product introductions, process improvements, automation, aseptic processing, and equipment installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams to deliver processing equipment on time and within scope.
  • Develop and write user requirement specifications, vendor evaluation matrices, and other project documents.
  • Select and evaluate vendors, place orders, and participate in design review meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, such as ASME BPE and ISPE guidelines.
  • Coordinate equipment installation, services hook-up, and commissioning with vendors and engineering personnel.
  • Lead the project team's participation in factory acceptance testing.

  • Collaborate with the E&T Senior Manager, System Owner, and Project Team to achieve project goals.
  • Provide handover training, coordinate O&M manuals, spare parts, and PM schedules.

Requirements:

  • Third-level qualification in an engineering or equivalent discipline/experience.
  • Experience working in biologics, pharmaceuticals, or medical device industries, with a minimum of 2-5 years' experience.
  • Proven project management experience and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a multi-functional project team setup.
  • Ability to articulate and deliver specific functional requirements for all aspects of the project.
  • Good team leading skills and ability to work closely with other areas/departments within an organization.
