Industrial Process Engineer

About the Opportunity:

This is a challenging role for an Industrial Process Engineer to lead technical projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. As an Industrial Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing project plans that meet company goals, working closely with customers, software development teams, hardware teams, and product owners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Utilize technical knowledge to provide competitive advantage in fast-moving consumer goods companies
  • Develop project plans that align with business objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new products and technologies
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues in the field, identify defect patterns, and develop solutions-oriented approaches
  • Collaborate with technical teams to execute innovative solutions and products
  • Assure continuity of supply, review sales trends, production capacities, and capabilities; ensure timely infrastructure availability
  • Drive productivity initiatives across the system, identify opportunities to lower supply chain costs, and influence practices to improve product affordability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Food Engineering or a related field required
  • At least 5 years' experience in a fast-moving consumer goods company
  • Ability to triage problems, prioritize accordingly, and propose resolutions
  • Detail oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with passion for quality processes
  • Fluent in software QA metrics, operations, and statistics
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
