Job Title: Learning and Development Coordinator

This is a key role in our organization's learning strategy, focused on planning, coordinating, and executing high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal training sessions, workshops, speaker series, and other learning events.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless setup and execution of training activities.
  • Support presenters and facilitators by preparing materials, updating content, and ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Deliver learning reports and manage course impact data to inform future development decisions.
  • Administer learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and digital solutions to support learner engagement and success.
  • Create new or maintain existing SharePoint/Confluence sites to organize and share learning content effectively.
  • Manage external learning opportunities, including education assistance, conferences, vendors, and trainings to enhance the skills of our team members.
  • Oversee the organization's library and reconcile departmental expenses related to learning initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the L&D team, including meetings, calendars, and content organization to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Support other L&D initiatives as needed to drive business outcomes.

What we're looking for in a candidate:

  • At least 1 year of professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Superior organizational, time management, and project management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability to address complex issues.
  • Exceptional detail orientation with a focus on accuracy and quality to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
  • Experience working in an LMS is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, scheduling systems, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to efficiently manage daily tasks.
