Seeking a skilled catering professional to join our team. This role requires at least three years of experience working in a Hospital/Nursing home catering setting or coming from a high-volume catering background.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with meal preparation and service to residents
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen on a daily basis
  • Support the chefs with daily tasks and duties
  • Set up the dining room for breakfast, lunch, and tea services
  • Prepare meal trays for room service
  • Conduct deep cleaning procedures weekly

The ideal candidate will possess excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, and be able to adapt to new healthcare environments. They must also have a minimum of two working references, a valid work permit, and be flexible with working hours.
