We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Assistant Support Workers and Social Care Workers. The successful candidate will be afforded all necessary training and development in line with the role.

Job Description

The Role of a Social Care Worker and Assistant Support Worker is to provide care to people who require support. We will support you in developing and upskilling you in providing high quality care, maintaining professional working relationships with our team members and people who require support.

We support people in reaching their full potential, to have a meaningful life through the supports of the services we provide to them.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting people with their daily plan
  • Supporting people whilst in the community
  • Supporting people with their education, skills development and achieving personal outcomes
  • Supporting people with their living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, attending appointments, family visits etc.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Full Driver's Licence is required or must be in the process of achieving a Full Driver's Licence.*
