Head of Investor Relations Job

We are seeking an experienced Head of Investor Relations to join our team. As a key liaison between our organization and its current and prospective investors, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing our capital-raising strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investor Relationship Management: You will be responsible for managing investor relationships, ensuring timely and transparent communication with stakeholders.
  • Fundraising & Capital Strategy: You will lead capital-raising initiatives across funds and strategies, developing and executing investor targeting strategies and fundraising roadmaps.
  • Communications & Reporting: You will oversee the production and delivery of investor reports, quarterly updates, and annual reviews, preparing investor presentations and updates on portfolio performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Brand & Market Positioning: You will collaborate with leadership on branding, messaging, and positioning our organization in the investor community.
  • Internal Leadership: You will work cross-functionally with the investment, finance, and other teams within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or capital markets, ideally within an investment firm.
  • Proven track record of raising capital and managing sophisticated investor relationships.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, structures, and investor expectations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, commercially minded, and able to work independently and strategically.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. ACA/ACCA/MBA/CFA is a plus.
