
Head of Payroll Services

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large-scale payroll operation in Ireland, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution in line with contractual, legal and Revenue obligations. They will oversee the end-to-end processing of payroll for over 2,000 employees across multiple locations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing a large-scale payroll operation in Ireland.
- Deep knowledge of PAYE, payroll compliance and Revenue reporting requirements.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in implementing or optimising payroll systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret and present data.
