Job Overview

We are seeking a Luxury Sales Ambassador to represent leading luxury brands and deliver exceptional customer service in the watches and jewellery department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on luxury watch & jewellery collections.
  • Deliver personalized, high-end customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support sales, stock and merchandising as part of a team.
About You
  • Confident, well-presented and customer-focused individual with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in sales or retail (luxury/jewellery preferred).
  • Knowledge of watches/jewellery or formal qualifications is a plus.
