Key Role: Quantity Surveyor

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a significant commercial development project in Dublin City Centre.

This exciting opportunity allows for career progression with a top-tier contractor renowned for delivering landmark projects to the highest standards, ensuring excellence in all aspects of contract administration and commercial management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the commercial management of large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring accurate valuations and budget control throughout the lifecycle.
  • Prepare and manage subcontractor packages, valuations, and variations with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Monitor project budgets and cost control to guarantee successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline with excellent academic credentials.
  • Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience with a leading contractor or subcontractor, preferably working on commercial, mixed-use, or large-scale construction projects in Ireland or the UK.
  • Proven track record of strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and organisational skills, ideally demonstrated through experience working on similar projects.
