The Role of a Clinical Midwife Manager

This position is pivotal in the delivery of exceptional midwifery services at University Maternity Hospital Limerick. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving high-quality patient care through effective team management and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based midwifery strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of patient outcomes and service delivery metrics.
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient safety and experience.

Your success will be measured by your ability to lead and manage teams effectively, foster positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare staff, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
