Job Title: Person In Charge

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to oversee our residential services for adults with intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with HIQA standards.
  • Effectively manage a staff team.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential service.
  • Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of HIQA regulations.
Requirements:
  • Not less than 3 years' experience working with children/adults with an intellectual disability in a residential setting.
  • CORU Registered social care worker or NMBI registered Nurse qualification.
  • Proven managerial skills with not less than three years' experience at management level and an appropriate management qualification to Fetac/QQI level 6 or equivalent.
