Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as Deputy Social Care Manager. This pivotal role will play a key part in ensuring the seamless operation of our residential services, working closely with the Social Care Manager to create a warm, accepting, and secure environment for young people in care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Social Care Manager to manage a team of social care professionals
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and quality
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide exceptional care and support

Essential Qualifications:

A successful candidate will possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in young person residential services
  • A minimum Level 7 qualification (degree) or above in a relevant field, such as Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, or Teaching
