This exciting opportunity allows you to establish, own and manage a portfolio of clients, driving revenue and best practice adoption. You will understand customer challenges and recommend tailored account plans and solutions by delivering strategic advice to drive client success, customer education and satisfaction.
- Grow revenue, education and solution adoption with Clients, Partners and Agencies where relevant.
- Partner with Customer Insights and Direct Marketing to facilitate education and solution adoption programs.
- Help develop client strategy, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify trends to enhance our customer support processes and improve team efficiency.
- Optimize campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale.
- Lead strategic conversations with C level and communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, adapting to feedback and adjusting plans accordingly.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your client portfolio, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.
- Gather agency and partner feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience.
- Deliver consultative support and up-to-date education on our Meta products.
- A minimum 4 years' experience in customer sales and support, agency account management or consulting.
- Evidenced success with presentation skills.
- Demonstrated team working skills, capacity to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a drive for making an impact.
- Identify and leverage trends within industry of expertise/focus.
- A self-starter with experience of critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively prioritizing tasks and managing time, even under high-pressure situations.
- Client management experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Market knowledge and work experience in UK Market.
