Senior Mental Health Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to advance your leadership career in a welcoming and purpose-built 51-bed nursing unit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the nursing and care team to ensure exceptional standards of person-centred care. They will also assist the Home Manager with daily tasks, covering clinical governance, team coordination, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse (RMN)
- At least one year's experience in a leadership capacity (e.g., Senior Nurse / Charge Nurse)
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- A compassionate approach to care, with a particular interest in supporting younger adults and individuals with long-term needs
