Job Title: Associate Renewals Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Renewals Account Manager.

This role will involve engaging with customers to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, as well as providing expert advice on our products and services.

  • Foster strong relationships with enterprise customers to drive revenue growth through successful renewals, up-sells, win-backs, cross-sells, and referrals.
  • Reconcile orders against contract parameters to ensure accurate billing and minimize disputes.
  • Develop quotes and book orders of diverse complexity, leveraging product knowledge and industry expertise.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by tracking customer activity and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Tech Support, Finance, and Product Development, to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in German and English languages; additional European language skills are a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills and mathematical interpretation abilities.
  • A results-driven mentality with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication, consultative, and influencing skills.
  • A proven track record of working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Bonus points if you have experience in contract renewals, sales operations, or account management within an enterprise environment.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position allowing you to work from our Limerick office or remotely.
