Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Coordinator. This key role involves managing the efficient loading and unloading of goods, picking and packing orders, conducting stock checks, and operating warehouse equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Loading and Unloading Goods: Coordinate the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
  • Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and pack customer orders to meet precise requirements.
  • Stock Checks and Inventory Management: Regularly conduct thorough stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels, identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools, following provided training guidelines.
  • Shipping and Receiving Tasks: Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed, maintaining a smooth workflow throughout the warehouse.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Previous Experience in a Warehouse Role: Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in a similar warehouse environment, demonstrating their ability to adapt to new situations.
  • Lifting Heavy Items and Manual Handling Tasks: The selected candidate must be capable of lifting heavy items and performing manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
