Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on a leading role in a Civils utility contractor. With a continued increase in workloads, this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to advance their career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute construction phase activities for upcoming works.
  • Supervise direct and sub-contract labor working on asphalt surfacing schemes.
  • Manage site health and safety protocols.
  • Oversee the management of materials and waste.
  • Coordinate labor, materials, and plant procurement and planning.
  • Lead and manage junior staff members by example.
Candidate Specifications:
  • Similar experience in the Civils sector.
  • Desirable experience in the water sector.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A team player with self-starting abilities and independence.
  • Full driving license.
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
