Civil Site Agent Job Description

Civil site agents play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of civil engineering projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing project plans and programmes, producing daily allocation sheets, and identifying potential design issues on site.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing project plans and programmes to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Producing daily allocation sheets to optimize resource utilization.
  • Identifying potential design issues on site to prevent costly delays.
  • Communicating risks and controls to site crews to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitoring site crews to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field, with proven experience as a site agent in civil engineering or construction projects. Relevant certifications such as ROAR, CSR/Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and LUGS are preferred.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
