About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Leader to join our team. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for driving store performance, managing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You will lead by example, demonstrating high standards of performance, visual presentation, and merchandising to ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience.
  • Your role will also involve ensuring every customer interaction is delivered to an exceptional standard, reinforcing a strong culture of service throughout the team.
  • You will champion compliance with all internal policies, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations, including full adherence to HACCP requirements.
  • As a leader, you will support and develop your team by providing ongoing training, regular feedback, and setting clear expectations for performance and conduct.
  • You will monitor and analyse sales data on a regular basis to identify trends, highlight opportunities, and implement improvements where needed.
  • You will assign roles and responsibilities based on individual team members' strengths and experience, supporting efficient daily operations.
  • You will take full ownership of store budgets, cost control, and profit and loss accountability, driving store targets through strategic workforce planning, proactive resource allocation, and performance-based management.
  • Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment by placing collective success and shared goals above individual interests.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing teams of 10 or more in a retail environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial understanding with a track record in analysing sales and improving store performance.
  • Experienced in rota planning and long-term resource management.
  • Clear ability to deliver exceptional customer service across the entire team.
  • Confident in making independent decisions in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Planograms, including interpretation and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
