We source our products from a diverse group of UK, European, and international suppliers.

About This Role

This position is available in our Limerick store. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining product availability, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will lead by example, demonstrating high operational, leadership, and communication skills to drive results and enhance processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets within the store environment
  • Maintain product availability on the shop floor at all times
  • Ensure the team is familiar with all products available
  • Process customer purchases according to company guidelines
Customer Service Focus
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries
  • Adhere to company standards for housekeeping and floor presentation
  • Participate in weekly stock counts and report any discrepancies
Staffing and Operations
  • Ensure staffing levels align with business needs
  • Prepare and implement daily task boards
  • Drive team knowledge of top-selling items and departmental stock loss
  • Manage cash handling, security, and daily spot checks on tills
