The demand for our service continues to grow, and we are seeking an HR Manager to lead our staff recruitment, retention, and development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the HR function, providing guidance to management and staff.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, and screening candidates.
- Foster employee retention through new employee onboarding and wellbeing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, and HSE standards.
