About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Human Resources professional to join our team. As Human Resource Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our people strategy. Your key responsibilities will include leading the HR function, managing recruitment, focusing on employee retention, and overseeing performance management.

  • Lead the HR Function: You will provide guidance to management and staff, ensuring that our HR processes are fair, consistent, and effective.
  • Manage Recruitment: You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent.
  • Focus on Employee Retention: With a particular emphasis on new employee inductions and wellbeing/retention initiatives, you will work to create a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Manage Employee Relations: You will ensure that our employee relations practices are fair and consistent, promoting a culture of respect and inclusion.
  • Oversee Performance Management: You will be responsible for training, development, and performance management, helping our employees to achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will possess a third-level qualification in HR or a related field, with a minimum of three years' experience in HR, including two years in a management role. Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice is essential.
