About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced process improvement manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the integration of new products or processes into existing manufacturing areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with technical and commercial organisations to integrate new products or processes.
  • Manage validation & introduction of changes ensuring launch activities are completed on time and in full.
  • Monitor equipment performance and correct problems or process parameters that produce low OEEs, non-conforming products and low yields.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
