  • Manage guest queries efficiently, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in your work area, adhering to our departmental SOPs.
\Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a 4-star environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service, exceeding expectations at every turn.
  • Fluent level of spoken and written English, with a passion for languages a bonus.
