Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest level of customer care is provided at all times.
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure displays, counters, fridges, and vending machines meet company and statutory requirements.
  • Collect customer feedback and pass it on to your line manager.
  • Promote good safety habits and methods of work.
  • Treat everyone with professionalism, care, and respect.
  • Communicate honestly, accurately, and in a timely manner with customers.
  • Keep work areas clean during and after use and dispose of waste properly.
  • Maintain temperature records as required and report any variance.
  • Ensure cleaning schedules are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Able to build effective relationships and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
  • Display Compass values and principles in daily work.
  • Understand and have knowledge of the Client Food Program.
  • Able to learn and implement directives effectively.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for food and customer service.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with colleagues and management.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize operational standards.
