Key Responsibilities:- Develop and refine forecasting models and methodologies.
- Maintain project schedules for infrastructure projects.
- Evaluate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain records and documentation related to compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
- Create a forecast of future work volumes and identify optimum resource capacity required.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Programme works in accordance with operational capability, commercial targets, and client KPI's.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel, high-level literacy, and strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. They should be able to work under pressure with strict deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
