Job Description

The successful candidate will support the delivery of projects across all aspects of the business from a construction point of view, focusing on forecasting models and methodologies, project schedules, reporting processes, records management, coordination with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, and monitoring project progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine forecasting models and methodologies.
  • Maintain project schedules for infrastructure projects.
  • Evaluate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
  • Create a forecast of future work volumes and identify optimum resource capacity required.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Programme works in accordance with operational capability, commercial targets, and client KPI's.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel, high-level literacy, and strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. They should be able to work under pressure with strict deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
