DescriptionA highly motivated and experienced sales professional is required to develop and grow our Freight Forwarding business. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the current sales team to identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Commitment to win, retain and develop profitable clients through effective communication and relationship building.
- Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients, developing a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels.
- Work in conjunction with the Sales Director to develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their logistics requirements.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven sales experience with good knowledge of Road Freight and Freight Forwarding.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including ability to build trust with customers.
- Target-driven and passionate approach to sales, with excellent presentation skills.
- Tender documentation and administration experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams.
