We are seeking a skilled Product Director to lead the development of our pricing and financial management platform.

Job Description

The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to craft the vision and strategy for current and long-term innovations in payment products. This includes the Pricing & Funds Management product platform, which ensures accurate and timely deposit and reconciliation for thousands of locations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product strategy and execute product roadmap for a business-critical pricing, money movement and reconciliation platform.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to drive innovation and growth.
  • Anticipate challenges and opportunities for the pricing, money movement and reconciliation platform and proactively address them.
  • Articulate product vision and strategy, collaborate with key stakeholders to align on product strategy and own the Pricing & Funds Management product roadmaps.
  • Manage multiple projects and fulfill product requests while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Responsible for managing, coaching and developing world-class product managers.
  • Establish success metrics and monitor the performance of your products to improve continuously and make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth.

  • A strong understanding of payment systems and financial processes.
