As a Director of Product Management, you will partner to help craft the vision and lead a team responsible for current and long-term innovations in our portfolio of payment products.
Our Pricing & Funds Management product platform is part of our Payments platform and is responsible for ensuring accurate, and timely deposit and reconciliation for Toast's 127,000+ locations and for developing innovative payouts solutions that makes our customer lives easier
As the leader on the Pricing & Funds Management team, you will be responsible for a constantly evolving Pricing capabilities and Money Movement and Reconciliation platform (>$130B in annual GPV) to meet Toast's growing needs across the world by both delivering best-in-class customer facing Fintech products and foundational capabilities that enable partner teams to accelerate their products time-to-market & scale.
You will work closely with the rest of the Toast organization, as well as merchants, card brands, processors, and other R&D and payment teams.

About this roll* (Responsibilities)
Lead product strategy and execute product roadmap for a business critical pricing, money movement and reconciliation platform.
Take ownership of key initiatives and execute while closely collaborating with cross functional teams across Toast.
Anticipate the challenges and opportunities for the pricing, money movement and reconciliation platform and proactively take steps to address them.
Articulate the product vision and strategy, collaborate with key stakeholders to align on product strategy and own the Pricing & Funds Management product roadmaps.
Anticipate and resolve strategic issues that impair the product and technical team's ability to deliver.
Manage multiple projects and fulfill product requests while meeting tight deadlines
Responsible for managing, coaching, and developing world-class product managers.
Establish success metrics and monitor the performance of your products to improve our products continuously and make data-driven decisions.

(Requirements)
Experience managing payment products, with at least 10+ years in the payments industry
Track record building high performing product management teams, and developing exceptional talent
Proven track record of owning and executing payments strategy.
Experience with payment pricing capabilities, reconciliation, and money movement processes is key.
Strong ability to partner with leaders and teams cross functionally.
Strong in both setting a vision and strategic direction for a domain and ability to drive execution and be detailed oriented.
Strong understanding of payment technology, card payment systems, money movement and treasury management requirements.
Outstanding discernment with an understanding of business drivers and of how to drive value to the customer.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
Unrelentless focus on ownership, results and problem solving; you see a problem and provide thoughtful solutions.
Possesses strong decision-making and prioritization skills and is results-oriented with a demonstrated sense of urgency to drive multiple projects to successful completion.
Solid communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate the ability to equip the business in a strategic manner, communicate big picture opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market activities; are able to influence and effectively communicate and collaborate work cross functionally.
